Terms & Conditions

We provide luxury chauffeured transportation, airport transfers, executive protection driving, medical and senior transport, wedding and event transport, and related premium ground services. All services are performed by professional, insured chauffeurs in maintained, licensed vehicles.

Reservations are confirmed only after we acknowledge them by email, SMS, or phone. Requests submitted through our website form or by voicemail are considered leads until confirmed. Please book airport and event trips at least 24 hours in advance when possible.

Quoted rates include the vehicle, licensed chauffeur, standard fuel, tolls, and standard wait time. Gratuity, additional stops, extended wait time, parking, airport fees beyond the base allotment, and after-hours surcharges may apply and will be disclosed on your quote or invoice.

Payment is due on or before the completion of service unless a corporate account has been arranged. We accept major credit cards, ACH, and approved corporate billing. Invoices unpaid after 15 days may accrue a 1.5% monthly late fee.

Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup are refunded in full. Cancellations within 12 hours may be charged 50% of the trip total. Cancellations within 2 hours of pickup, and no-shows, are charged in full plus any incurred parking or airport fees.

For weddings, events, and multi-hour charters, a non-refundable deposit of 25% secures the vehicle and chauffeur; the balance follows the schedule above.

Domestic airport pickups include 45 minutes of complimentary wait time from wheels- down; international pickups include 60 minutes. Non-airport pickups include 15 minutes. Additional wait time is billed in 15-minute increments at the vehicle's hourly rate.

For everyone's safety, seat belts are required, smoking and vaping are prohibited in all vehicles, and open containers are permitted only where legal and pre- arranged. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Chauffeurs may refuse or end service without refund if a passenger's conduct threatens safety, damages the vehicle, or violates the law.

Clients are responsible for the reasonable cost of cleaning or repair resulting from spills, damage, or biohazard events caused by the passenger or their guests.

We handle luggage with care but are not liable for items left behind in the vehicle. Recovered items are held for 30 days; return shipping is at the client's expense. Please confirm all belongings before exiting.

While we plan routes carefully and monitor traffic and flight status, we are not liable for delays caused by weather, traffic, mechanical failure, accidents, airline changes, road closures, acts of God, or other events beyond our reasonable control. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide substitute transportation when service is disrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any trip is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for that trip. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including missed flights, missed connections, or lost business opportunities.

We maintain commercial auto liability insurance meeting or exceeding Georgia and federal requirements for for-hire passenger transportation. Certificates of insurance are available on request for corporate clients.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Gwinnett County, Georgia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
