• Contact & booking details you submit through our forms — name, email, phone, pickup and drop-off locations, date and time, passenger count, and any notes you provide.
• Payment status for scheduled trips (whether an invoice is paid or outstanding). We do not store card numbers.
• Technical data such as a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser's user-agent string, used only for spam prevention and abuse detection.
• Communication history — messages you send through the contact form or by email so we can respond and keep a record of your requests.

• To respond to your inquiries and confirm your reservation.
• To dispatch a chauffeur, communicate trip details, and provide the ride you requested.
• To issue invoices and record payment status.
• To prevent spam, fraud, and abuse of our forms.
• To comply with legal obligations that apply to a licensed transportation provider.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Your information is accessible only to Edward Mike and authorized staff of Mercedes Plus CV Services. We rely on trusted service providers to host our website and database (Lovable Cloud / Supabase) and to deliver transactional email. These providers process data on our behalf under their own confidentiality and security obligations.

Contact form submissions and booking records are kept as long as reasonably needed to serve you and to meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements (typically up to seven years). You may ask us to delete records that are no longer required (see Section 7).

Our website uses only the cookies strictly required to keep you signed in to the internal client pipeline and to remember your theme preference. We do not run third-party ad-tracking cookies on public pages.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS with automatic SSL. Access to the client pipeline is protected by password authentication and role-based access controls. Despite reasonable safeguards, no system is 100% secure — if you believe your information has been compromised, contact us immediately.

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct inaccurate details, or ask us to delete records that are no longer required by law. Send requests to e.mike@mercedespluscvservices.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. Minors ride only when booked by a parent or guardian.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page shows when it was most recently revised.
